So I've decided, and sadly, to put the comic book on hiatus until I feel out my timing with the awesome upcoming debut of my son. In the meantime, I'll still be doing random character prints.
I'm still working on some prints for next year's cons. Then I'm going back to #1...no...a new Skyscraper #1, which takes place after the events of Cowboys and Angels. See the Inherited Rise of Charming. Each issue will be 34-36 pages and hopefully I'll make them so I can format it to iphone and tablet devices. That's the plan for now.
My first of many Baltimore Comic Cons is over and I can say from the accrued knowledge I gained, I can call it a real success! Lesson #1: MAKE PRINTS! So, instead of working on Issue 5 this fall, I will be working on making prints for the next big cons. I'll resume in early 2012 for the three part "Inherited Rise of Charming" story (with the help of the newest edition to the Anderson family in January).
Stop by my table at the Baltimore Comic Con, Saturday, August 20 & 21, and pick up a copy of Skyscraper vol 1: Cowboys & Angels Graphic Novel and/or Skyscraper issues 1-4 and/or at least a free pack of gum with a groovy pic (above) on the pack.
Just go through the main entrance, take two rights and a left or just circle the other way around. The doors will be open from 10-6 on Saturday and 10-5 on Sunday.
